The Weld4Me CE cell is an easy-to-use, collaborative robot-based arc welding station. It offers top performance for small welding shops with small batch sizes and high variant diversity. This cobot welding cell maintains a consistent and high welding quality while being easy to install. You will increase your productivity while fulfilling your high welding seam standards.

As an alternative or supplement to manual MIG/MAG welding with air-cooled welding equipment, the collaborative Weld4Me CE robot station offers all the advantages needed.

Small footprint enables a high flexibility and is a great supplement to manual welding stations. The modular welding station is supplied with a CE declaration of conformity and includes risk analysis to enable the safe operation of the collaborative robot welding station.

Pre-defined safety settings of the integrated safety features (FSU), such as torque sensors in all six axes of the cobot or the retract und anti-clamp function, reduce contact forces to a minimum for maximal operational safety.

Due to direct teaching and the customized weld builder software, operating and programming the Weld4Me robot is easy to learn.
