The GP12 is a highly versatile 6-axis industrial robot with 12 kg payload, 1440 mm reach and outstanding repeatability of +/- 0.02 mm.
You will achieve high transfer rates with this extremely fast and efficient GP12 robot, offering a perfectly tuned payload / speed / wrist allowable moment combination. Designed with the latest YASKAWA Sigma7-Servo Motor Generation, the GP12 offers improved acceleration/deceleration control. The small footprint and slim arm design allows for minimum installation space and minimizes interference with peripheral devices. Installation is quick and efficient - media cables are guided through the hollow arm and wrist structure.
This robot is also available with high IP65/67 dust & liquid protection to operate in harsh environments.
The GP12 is perfect for a wide range of applications, including machine tending, material handling, assembly, additive manufacturing, dispensing, grinding/polishing and quality inspection. Also in the field of e-Commerce, Consumer Good Logistics and Postal Automation, the GP12 is an attractive candidate for outstanding throughput, in combination with Intelligent Machine Vision.
